Hi!  I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for visiting my web site.  As you can tell from my pages, I love bears.  However, my deepest passion is teaching.  I do not believe there is anyone who loves his or her job more than I do.  I take the responsibility of teaching  my students very seriously.  I love watching them grow academically, as well as socially.

I am a graduate of WVU-P.  I graduated with a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education K-6.  I am the mother of four wonderful children.  My oldest child, Tiffany, is a recent graduate of Fairmont University with a degree in Graphic Design.  She is now employed and lives in Morgantown.  My son, Sammy, is a graduate of Fairmont University  with  degrees in Political Science and National Intellegience and Security.  He is currently a law student at WVU  School of Law in Morgantown..  Natalie is a Freshman at RCHS.    She is also an Ohio Valley All-Star Cheerleader.  Lily is my youngest.  She is a sixth grader at RCMS.   She is a member of  the RCMS Cross Country Team.  She is also a member of the Harrisville Happy Days 4-H club and attends Awana at Riddles Chapel Church.  I am so very proud of all four of them.

As a lot of you know, I became ill in the Spring of 2008 and had to miss the remainder of the school year.  That was extremely difficult for me.  I missed my students tremendously and felt I had let them down.  Being back at school has been the best medicine for me.  My doctor has me on numerous medications while I await a transplant.   Living donor transplants are the most successful, so my son and oldest daughter are both going to be tested in hopes that one of them will be a match for me.  We are now waiting for someone from Cleveland Clinic to contact us.  I would appreciate your prayers.
